Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms applicable to all payments made to Fortunecraft Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the website www.fortunecraftsolutions.com or through any other authorised payment channel of the Company. Fortunecraft Solutions is an Authorised Partner of Tally Education Private Limited and provides professional training programmes, learning courses, and certifications in Accounting with TallyPrime.

Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in any course, programme, certification, workshop, training module, or service offered by Fortunecraft Solutions, and by making payment of the applicable fees, the student, participant, or customer (“User”) expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by this Policy, without any reservation, condition, or qualification.

Pricing, Fees and Payments

All fees paid to Fortunecraft Solutions are charged for access to educational content, training resources, faculty expertise, infrastructure, administrative processing, and enrolment with Tally Education, where applicable. Fees may include, without limitation, registration charges, course fees, certification fees, applicable taxe and other associated costs.

No Refund Policy

Once any fee is paid to Fortunecraft Solutions, the same shall be strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. No refund shall be permitted or entertained for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend classes, dissatisfaction with the course, personal reasons, medical reasons, scheduling conflicts, technical issues, force majeure events, or discontinuation of the course by the User.

No Cancellation by User

Cancellation of enrolment by the User, whether before commencement, during the course, or after completion of any part of the course, shall not entitle the User to any refund, credit, adjustment, or transfer of fees. All payments made shall stand forfeited in full.

Course Modifications and Discontinuation

Fortunecraft Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, reschedule, substitute faculty, change course structure, delivery mode, or discontinue any course or programme. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for any refund, compensation, or claim of any nature.

Transferability

Fees paid for any course or programme are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against any other course, batch, individual, or future offering.

Compliance with Indian Laws

This Policy is framed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and other applicable laws and regulations in force in India. Users agree that this Policy forms an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and does not require physical or digital signatures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Fortunecraft Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with any refund-related claim or cancellation request.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction at the place of the registered office of Fortunecraft Solutions shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or relating to this Policy.

Final and Binding Nature

This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the User and Fortunecraft Solutions. The User expressly waives any right to dispute, challenge, or seek refund of any fee paid, except as may be expressly required under non-waivable provisions of applicable law.
